Cell salts
The twelve cell salts, read with your blood work.
Tissue salts. Schuessler’s twelve. A complementary reading, not a diagnosis.
Cell salts, also called tissue salts, are twelve mineral preparations used in complementary practice. They come from the work of Dr Wilhelm Schuessler. I use them to help read patterns in the blood work you send, alongside how you are feeling.
I am not selling a retail bottle here. Your Blood Story is a personalised protocol, written from your labs. You can take it to your own practitioner, or use it as complementary support. This does not replace your doctor.
How I read them alongside your labs
Blood work is one chapter. How you sleep, digest, recover, and feel is another. I sit the twelve cell salts beside both. I look at the whole picture, not a single number on its own.
You send a photo or a PDF of recent results, from any country lab. I work through them, then email your protocol within 5 working days of a complete intake.
The Schuessler twelve
Each salt is a mineral picture in complementary practice. The notes below are traditional associations, not a diagnosis, and not a treatment claim.
- Calcarea fluorica Calc. fluor. · calcium fluoride Elasticity, connective tissue, and the tone of bones and enamel in the traditional picture.
- Calcarea phosphorica Calc. phos. · calcium phosphate Growth, bones, teeth, and recovery after strain. Often sat beside structure on the labs.
- Calcarea sulphurica Calc. sulph. · calcium sulphate A cleansing picture. Skin and lingering discharges in complementary practice.
- Ferrum phosphoricum Ferr. phos. · iron phosphate First response, oxygen-carrying, and early inflammatory pictures. Read with, not instead of, your iron studies.
- Kali muriaticum Kali mur. · potassium chloride Mucous membranes and sluggish second-stage pictures in the traditional frame.
- Kali phosphoricum Kali phos. · potassium phosphate Nerves, mental tiredness, and the worn-out picture. How you are coping sits here as much as a number does.
- Kali sulphuricum Kali sulph. · potassium sulphate Skin, later-stage pictures, and oxygen at the cell in Schuessler’s original set.
- Magnesia phosphorica Mag. phos. · magnesium phosphate Cramps, spasms, nerves and muscle. A salt I often sit beside how your body holds tension.
- Natrum muriaticum Nat. mur. · sodium chloride Fluid balance and moisture. The dry, or held-fluid, picture in complementary practice.
- Natrum phosphoricum Nat. phos. · sodium phosphate Acidity and digestion. The sour picture, read with your stomach story as well as your labs.
- Natrum sulphuricum Nat. sulph. · sodium sulphate Water elimination and the damp picture. Traditionally sat beside liver and gallbladder terrain.
- Silicea Silica · silicon dioxide Structure, hair, nails, and the slow-to-resolve picture. Deep, patient work in the traditional set.
I do not collect serials, and I do not turn this into a shop. If a salt belongs in your protocol, it will be named there, with why, in plain language.
