How to send your blood work.

A photo or a PDF. One file or several. From wherever you had the test done.

After you pay, you come straight to the questionnaire. That is where you upload your results. You do not need to post anything, and you do not need a special lab form from me.

What I can read

• A phone photo of your printed results, or of the screen your lab gave you.
• A PDF from your lab portal, clinic, or doctor.
• More than one file, if you have a few pages or a few dates.
• Results from any country. Standard panels are fine.

Previous results are optional, and helpful if you have them. If something important is missing, I will ask you for it. If you do not have labs yet, please book them with your own doctor or lab first, then come back.

The questionnaire is in English

I need the intake in English so I can sit your story beside your labs. The blood work itself can come from a lab that reports in another language. If a result is hard to read, I will tell you.

Your labs stay yours

Your Blood Story is not a laboratory, and it is not a second clinic. I use the files you send to prepare your protocol. They remain yours. I do not diagnose, treat disease, or replace your doctor. If something on the page raises a question for your physician, I will say so, and I will stay with complementary care.

I review every protocol myself, then email you the finished PDF within 5 working days of a complete intake: payment, questionnaire, and labs.
